also called the Tax, Sewing Machine or Eiffel Tower
Constructed of brass, with nickel and copper/bronze trim, ebonite deck and   magnets wrapped around generator housing serving as legs

My unit has the Hygienie "easy cleaning germ resistant" handset resting on a cradle switch, with cord RS702l, flexible cable RS 9600 and terminal block with disc protector. The flexible cable is connected to terminals fitted under the ebonite base plate of the telephone. Lightning protector is not present on ebonite base of AC120.

PRESS BUTTON, for cutting out the ringer coils and short circuiting the induction coil, the button to be pressed down while ringing. Unique to AC120 and located above handset terminals

GENERATOR. 2-magnet, which rings satisfactorily through a line resistance of 12,000-15,000 ohms. The magnets of this generator also form the legs of the telephone. This generator is fitted with a "cut-out" which is effected through the longitudinal movement of the spindle.

RINGER. Resistance of coils 1000 ohms.

Overall dimensions 12.0 x 7.9 x 5.5 inches.  Weight, 11.7 lbs.
